Data Sources Based on Your Plan​

Essential Plan​

For users on the Essential plan, BeWo focuses on:

  • Financial Transactions: We use only the financial transactions based on the financial accounts you have selected.

This approach provides a solid foundation for your CO2e emissions calculations, utilizing verified financial data from your ERP system.

Advanced & Enterprise Plans​

Users on the Advanced and Enterprise plans benefit from a more detailed analysis, allowing for the most accurate CO2e calculations possible. In addition to financial transactions, we extract detailed information from purchase documents.

We look at:

  • Purchase Invoice Documents: We scan PDF attachments of purchase invoices to extract line items and quantities.
  • Electronic Invoices: Electronic invoice data is processed to capture detailed purchase information.
  • Financial Transaction Data: All relevant financial entries are analyzed.
  • Item Information: Detailed data about the items purchased, including descriptions and codes.
  • Vendor Information: Information about suppliers to understand the source of purchases.
