Integrating your existing systems with BeWo is the first step towards efficient carbon accounting and sustainability management. This guide provides an overview of how to connect your ERP systems and other integrations, setting the foundation for accurate CO2e emissions calculations.

Getting Started with ERP Integration​

Step 1: Connect Your ERP System​

  1. Access Integration Settings: Log in to your BeWo account and navigate to the Integrations section.
  2. Select Your ERP: Choose your ERP system from the list of supported integrations.
  3. Authorize Access: Follow the prompts to authorize BeWo to access your ERP data securely.
  4. Confirmation: Once connected, you will receive a confirmation message.

Step 2: Choose Companies​

After integrating your ERP system, select the companies (legal entities) you wish to include in your Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reporting.

Step 3: Choose Financial Accounts​

Identify which financial accounts are relevant for CO2e calculations. Typically, these are expense accounts related to your company's operations.

Step 4: Choose Reporting Years​

Select the reporting years for which you want to calculate emissions. BeWo allows you to analyze historical data as well as current fiscal periods.
